Massage Therapist Melissa Strautman began this startup in 2012. She wanted a logo with cool, soothing colors, and a high class feel. I combined a tall serif font with Melissa’s favorite flower, the Sweet Lavendar. The result is a perfect representation of her brand to her target demographics: moms-to-be, and other busy adults who could use a relaxing therapeutic massage.

This time out, I went with a rich turquoise grunge background, contrasted with a rust red title outlined in gold. The light burst in the center makes the iconic steer skull and title pop even more. This, along with all other installments in the series, are available on Amazon, iTunes, and other online music retailers.

The Kentucky Association of Secondary School Principals (KASSP) is a professional organization for high school and middle school administrators. This non-profit, founded in 1957, sponsors several scholarships in addition to its primary function: a support group for the Commonwealth’s educators. Its conferences and other events are featured in the Events Calendar, and its Twitter and Facebook pages are updated automatically when new blog posts are added to the site.

The music publisher also requested that I incorporate an old school tube television. The vintage “test pattern” was my idea.
